Our Sales Team consists of people with experience in business aviation, aged 25-40, everyone of whom is an aviation enthusiast and almost everyone has a PPL or CPL aviation license.

When applying for this position, we assume that you will already have some commercial experience (preferably in the premium segment), know English at least at an advanced level, have a category B driving license, be an independent and cultured/classy person (manners, appearance, attention to detail – these are the things our customers pay attention to).
Knowledge, interest in aviation or any license will be an advantage, which will allow us to onboard you faster.

We work stationary hours: 09:00 – 17:00. at the Warsaw Babice airport, from where we make some departures. We employ on a B2B basis. We work at the airport itself, surrounded by planes, using good equipment, in a nice environment and, above all, in a friendly (far from corpo) atmosphere.

To start with, we offer you training / implementation in aviation knowledge, our procedures and VVIP customer service standards. After its completion, you will be a valuable business aviation specialist on this market, with a good basic salary and a bonus system that allows it to be doubled or tripled depending on the level of work/sales involvement.

1st position

In this position, in cooperation with our graphic designer and programmer, you will have the tools to effectively run a media plan based on electronic media, publications and direct marketing to effectively reach an increasingly wider range of customers. By creating long-term activities and real-time marketing, we want to root the brand in the awareness of new customers and, through creative campaigns, strengthen the belief of current customers that they are in the best hands.

When applying for this position, we assume that you will already have some marketing experience (preferably in the premium segment), speak English at least at an advanced level, have a category B driving license, and be an independent and creative person.
Knowledge of programs and experience in graphics processing will be an advantage

We work stationary hours: 09:00 – 17:00 at the Warsaw Babice airport, surrounded by planes, next to the hangar from which some of our departures take place. Call&Fly will soon launch a new project in the form of a WEB and mobile application, based on Call&Fly’s technological achievements over the last 5 years, the aim of which will be to offer customers private flights by plane and helicopter with unprecedented simplicity and effectiveness, as well as the quality and joy of traveling by private plane.

We are looking for people whose task will be:

FRONTend in customer relations – i.e. supervision of the correctness of the flight sales process in the application and customer support. Building, maintaining relationships and building your brand by increasing customer trust in your product.
BACKend on the side of air operators – i.e. on-boarding of new air operators and acquiring new aircraft into the system, implementing and reporting application errors, building integration with other aviation systems, monitoring correct operation.

When applying for this position, we assume that you will already have some commercial experience (FRONTend) or minimal programming experience (BACKend), know English at least at an advanced level and be an independent person. 1st position

This is a job for a person who wants to try their hand at the logistics of premium airline catering and the coordination of its deliveries to private planes for the most demanding customers.
The work involves accepting online orders through our aviation catering delivery system for Call&Fly flights and external operators performing flights to Polish airports. Then, coordinating these orders between our kitchens and the crew or airport (handler), supervising their delivery at the airport or monitoring drivers who deliver orders over longer distances.

Our dedicated quotation, distribution and order management system will help you accept orders, prepare them, deliver them and settle them. Thanks to it, the execution of all orders is as simple as selling in an online store.

Experience in gastronomy will be an advantage, which is not necessary here.
